CD at home to Aucks. in the 20/20 final. The two best teams have made the final. Yes we went to the Auck. game. Great ground and crowd. Lovelly day. Great game, spoilt by the fasical, dark finish. But a winner had to be found, and this is the best way. Just a shame they took so long to do it. The game was a great atmosphere, but I ‘m not a 20/20 fan. To me, its entertainment not real cricket. I just hope Test cricket is never replaced, or changed to 4 days etc.
The final will be played by to very even, well balanced, experienced teams. And who ever wins, will represent us well. I, offcourse!!!!, want the Mighty Aucks to win, but still have a soft spot for CD!!!! And what a way, it would be, for Mike Mason to finish.
Another win to Australia, over Pakistan. Its all abit boring now. 3-0 to Australia. Still its good to see they are in the U19 final. Great for the future, but pointless with little test cricket and no IPL. Its just so sad.

Australia thrashed Pakistan, to go 2-0 up. Pakistan just seem shell shocked. I really thought they would do well. Younis Khan just needs more batting time, maybe it was a mistake to bring him in. Aust. 6/267 Watson 69, Pak 127 Yousuf 58 McKay 3/15.
Bangladesh made 233 deciding to bat, Mahmudullah 96no. So sad not to get his 100. One of the most improved players around. India 0/69. Another big score coming??
Oh dear, no Vincent!!!! The NZ ODI and 20/20 teams with out the man. How can they do it?? But I’m pleased to see Ingram in. I see Vettoris bf Hopkins is in..cant be any other reason…And offcourse you read it here months ago, Andrew McKay is in. God I’m good!!!! Hehe!!!! Good to see Franklin back. But oh dear…Oram!!!! Bangledash scored 301. Mushfiqur 101, Mishra 4/92. 113 run win to India. A dissapointing result for Bangledash after having the upper hand early. But the runs are coming, and they are far more competitive.
Good wins to Henin and Del Potro. Two playersa who have a big chance. Isner won his 2nd round match. Great to see him doing so well. The tennis just seems so much better this year. Usually the first week is boring, but not this year. Having Henin and Kim back is huge for the womens game.
Greg Henderson is 2nd overall now, after his 2nd yesterday. Its so great to see him, Roulstan and Dean doing so well at the top level. Proving Cycling has become one of our top sports.

So sad to hear the passing of Bill McLaren, age 86. A true legend, and my fav rugby commentater along with Keith Quinn and Winston McCathy.
