The Breakers beat the Melbourne Tigers 79-74,after being down 30-39 at HT.
The second half performance was terrific,after a very disappionting first half.
It will give them confidence,after winning without Penney.
They are now 2-2,but need to win on the road.

It was great to see the Breakers live in action while I was in Auckland for Under 13 National Basketball Championships. referee the Boys final. Very good feedback from tournament, it is time for me to referee tougher games, CBL. Its amazing the talent we have in NZ for players only 11 and 12 years old. It was good to referee at Waitakere Trust Stadium on Thursday. Nice stadium.
The Breakers played very well especially in the final quarter. CJ played awesome, its good to see they can win without Penney, but I agree they must win on the road, they are nearly unbeatable at home. The atmosphere at North Shore was incredible.
Lets hope you can soon get CBL games…and then NBL!!!!
Yes another over night loss on the road.It has to change.But I worry the similaraties between Breakers,Phoenix and Warriors.All struggle away.Maybe its something they could address together??
